WELCOME!

Hi, I'm Moriah! I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in South Florida. I'm passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to capturing beautiful, creative images of families, children, couples in love and of their most important day - their wedding. We focus in on the details - capturing those unforgettable moments that fly by so quickly so you can re-live your wedding day over and over again.

I am extremely fortunate to be able to shoot with my best friend, my husband Jared. Together we make a fantastic duo ready for anything! We love working together and our sessions are always relaxed and fun. We're not into very formal or traditional posing - that's just not our style. Our clients love our creativity, unique style and natural, candid captures.

Jessica and Jason are getting married! He proposed at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, which is a must-see in the Miami area. They thought it appropriate to have their engagement photos taken there, and since their upcoming wedding will be of the old-school variety at Old Davie Schoolhouse, they wanted a vintage feel to their session. We could not have asked for nicer weather- well, photographically speaking. The overcast skies and cool breezes gave us the perfect afternoon to spend photographing two beautiful people very much in love, and at a gorgeous location. Congrats, Jessica and Jason! Can’t wait for your wedding!

Kristen and Amit are getting married this summer in trendy South Beach in Miami, Florida. Like many of our clients, their wedding will be an amazing destination wedding here in Florida. For their engagement photos, Jared and I met up with them in Washington, DC, where they live and work. We had a blast touring the National Mall and neighboring Georgetown and we can’t wait for their wedding!

andrew & rebekah {engaged!} south florida engagement photographer

We love this couple! Andrew and Rebekah are funny, down-to-earth, kind people and they are each other’s perfect match. When Rebekah explained that Andrew and her had struck up their first real conversation on a canoeing trip, I knew her idea to take photos on a lake and in a canoe was perfect. I myself can pinpoint the time and place Jared and I started to fall for each other at a fair in Dade County, which was why we decided to have our own photos done at a carnival. If you are thinking about getting engagement photos done, or if you’re married and would like a couple’s session, incorporating a theme or location where you two fell in love is a great idea! This makes a great anniversary shoot, too!

Rebekah and Andrew met us at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for their session. We had a blast and we are so excited for their wedding in April!

We were so happy to be a part of Jessica and Jason’s beautiful wedding day. You might remember them from their lovely engagement session at Vizcaya. I love the details Jessica and her family put together- everything had a charming, handmade touch- the colorful and rustic bouquets, the adorable vintage veiled hats for each bridesmaid (Jessica made them herself!), the eclectic mix of suitcases, lace and burlap for the centerpieces- it all came together and turned out to be a beautiful event. Jessica even made the groom’s cake, which she kept as a surprise for Jason!

Jessica and Jason got ready at their homes and were married at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. They threw their amazing reception at Old Davie School.
